What we keep, and why

What we collect

Your email address, your name if you sign in with Google, the recordings you upload or link to, the scores we make, and a record of minutes used and bought. Payment card details go to Stripe; we never see them.

What we do with it

We use your email to sign you in and to tell you when a score is ready. We use the recordings only to make your score. We never sell data, never use your recordings to train software, and never show your recordings or scores to anyone else.

Who else touches it

Railway hosts the site and database. Cloudflare stores files and serves the site. Modal runs the transcription software. Stripe handles payment. Resend delivers email. Each is bound by its own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

Uploads are deleted 30 days after a job finishes unless the score is kept in your library. Delete a score and its files go with it. Close your account and everything goes.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. We use privacy-respecting, cookie-free analytics to count visits. No advertising trackers.
